To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sente Mrvonce and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Sente Mrvonce's aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
